Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States and internationally. International delivery times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking number first. If you still can't locate your package, contact us at hello@splashsole.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@splashsole.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@splashsole.com with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We'll make it right.
